1. Definitions

"Account"	Your registered user profile created on the Platform.
"Affiliate Commission"	The commission earned by VerifyDeals from a Retailer when a Qualifying Transaction is successfully completed and tracked via the Platform's affiliate link.
"Cashback"	A monetary reward in Indian Rupees (INR) credited to your Account, representing a portion of the Affiliate Commission received by VerifyDeals from the Retailer. Cashback is not a discount, price reduction, or entitlement of any kind.
"Cashback Cycle"	The period between a transaction being recorded as Pending and being Confirmed, typically 30 to 90 days, depending on the Retailer's return and validation window.
"Confirmed Cashback"	Cashback that has been validated by the Retailer or Affiliate Network and is eligible for withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
"Pending Cashback"	Cashback recorded in your Account that has not yet been validated. Pending Cashback is not guaranteed and may be declined.
"Platform"	The VerifyDeals website at www.verifydeals.in and any future mobile applications or digital channels operated by VerifyDeals.
"Qualifying Transaction"	A purchase made through a VerifyDeals affiliate tracking link that is successfully tracked, validated, completed (not returned, cancelled, or refunded), and confirmed by the Retailer or Affiliate Network, resulting in an Affiliate Commission being paid to VerifyDeals.
"Retailer"	Any third-party merchant or online store participating in VerifyDeals' affiliate programme whose products or services are featured on the Platform.
"Referral Programme"	The programme through which Users may invite new members to the Platform and earn referral rewards, subject to these Terms.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer verification — the process of verifying a User's identity and payment details before processing withdrawals above prescribed thresholds.
"Affiliate Network"	A third-party affiliate marketing intermediary (such as vCommission, Admitad, or similar) facilitating tracking, validation, and commission payments between Retailers and VerifyDeals.

2. About VerifyDeals and Nature of Service

2.1 Who We Are

VerifyDeals is an affiliate cashback and deals platform operated as a sole proprietorship under Indian law. The Platform enables registered Users to discover deals, coupons, and offers from partner Retailers and to earn cashback on qualifying purchases made through the Platform's affiliate links.

2.2 We Are an Intermediary — Not a Seller

VerifyDeals acts solely as an affiliate marketing intermediary. We do not sell, manufacture, distribute, supply, or retail any goods or services. All product listings, prices, and offers displayed on the Platform originate from Retailers and are for informational purposes only. Any purchase you make is directly between you and the relevant Retailer. VerifyDeals is not a party to such transactions and bears no liability for the quality, safety, legality, delivery, or after-sale support of any product or service purchased through a Retailer.

2.3 How Cashback Works — Overview

When you click a VerifyDeals affiliate tracking link and complete a Qualifying Transaction on a Retailer's website, the Retailer pays VerifyDeals an Affiliate Commission. VerifyDeals then shares a portion of that commission with you as Cashback credited to your Account.

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To register on and use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Not have been previously suspended, banned, or removed from the Platform
• Agree to these Terms in full

3.2 Registration Information

To access cashback and platform features, you must register for a free Account by providing accurate and complete information, including: full name, valid email address, mobile number, and bank account or UPI details required to process withdrawals. VerifyDeals may require email verification before activating an Account or processing withdrawals. You may register via email/password or by authenticating through your Google account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are solely responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and current. VerifyDeals will not be liable for any loss, failed payment, or other consequence arising from inaccurate Account information.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one Account. You may not register multiple Accounts for the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment instrument. Where VerifyDeals determines that multiple Accounts are linked to the same individual: all duplicate Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated, all Pending and Confirmed Cashback across associated Accounts may be forfeited, and the primary Account may also be suspended at VerifyDeals' discretion.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. Notify VerifyDeals immediately at support@verifydeals.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.6 Account Suspension and Termination

VerifyDeals may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account in the event of: breach of any provision of these Terms, actual or suspected fraudulent activity, provision of false or misleading information, multiple account creation, abuse of the cashback/referral/promotional systems, or any conduct determined to be harmful to Users, Retailers, Affiliate Networks, or the Platform. Disputes regarding Account actions may be submitted to support@verifydeals.in.

4. Cashback — Earning, Validation, and Eligibility

4.1 How to Earn Cashback

To earn Cashback, follow these steps in sequence:

• Log in to your VerifyDeals Account on the Platform
• Locate the Retailer or offer you wish to shop from
• Click the VerifyDeals affiliate tracking link for that Retailer — this opens the Retailer's website and activates tracking
• Complete your purchase on the Retailer's website within the same browser session, without navigating away, clearing cookies, or switching devices
• Do not apply coupons or browser extensions from any source other than VerifyDeals that may interfere with affiliate tracking

4.2 Cashback Rates

Cashback rates vary by Retailer, product category, and promotional period. The rate displayed at the time you click the link is indicative only. The final Cashback amount is determined by the rate confirmed by the Retailer or Affiliate Network upon validation, which may differ from the displayed rate.

4.3 Cashback Lifecycle

• Pending: The transaction has been tracked but not yet validated. This typically lasts 30 to 90 days.
• Confirmed: The Retailer or Affiliate Network has validated the transaction. Confirmed Cashback is eligible for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• Declined: The transaction has not been approved. Declined Cashback is removed from your Account.
• Withdrawn: You have successfully redeemed your Confirmed Cashback.

Any Cashback displayed as Pending, Estimated, Tracked, or Expected is merely an estimate and does not constitute money owed to you. It does not represent a confirmed entitlement until formally moved to Confirmed status.

4.4 Reasons Cashback May Not Be Tracked or May Be Declined

• You did not click the VerifyDeals tracking link immediately before the purchase
• You used an ad blocker, VPN, or privacy tool that blocked cookies or tracking scripts
• Cookies or JavaScript were disabled in your browser
• You switched devices, browsers, or browser tabs mid-session
• You applied a coupon or promotional code from a source other than VerifyDeals
• You returned, cancelled, or obtained a refund for all or part of the order
• The Retailer's tracking system experienced a technical failure
• The purchase was made when the Retailer's affiliate programme was paused or terminated
• The product or category was excluded from cashback
• Your Account was suspended or restricted at the time of the transaction
• The Retailer did not confirm or pay commission to VerifyDeals for any reason

4.5 Missing Cashback Claims

If you believe Cashback has not been credited for a qualifying purchase, you may submit a missing cashback claim. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the original purchase and must include proof of purchase (order confirmation number, date, amount, and Retailer name). VerifyDeals will investigate with the Retailer or Affiliate Network, which may take up to 30 days. Approval is subject to the Retailer's or Affiliate Network's decision.

4.6 Excluded Categories and Products

The following are not eligible for Cashback:

• Gift cards, digital vouchers, and store credit
• Products or categories marked as non-commissionable or excluded by the Retailer
• Purchases made using Retailer loyalty points, reward credits, or store wallets
• Orders partially or fully paid using cashback balance from any source
• Products purchased during flash sales or specific events where the Retailer has excluded affiliate commissions

4.7 Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

If you return, cancel, or obtain a refund for a purchase (whether in full or in part), any Cashback associated with that order — whether Pending or Confirmed — will be reversed or forfeited. Where such Cashback has already been withdrawn, VerifyDeals reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your Account balance.

4.8 Promotions and Bonus Cashback

VerifyDeals may offer promotional cashback rates, bonus credits, or limited-time incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. VerifyDeals reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Users must not exploit software defects, loopholes, bugs, automation, scripts, or unintended Platform functionality to obtain promotional or any other rewards.

5. Withdrawals and Payment

5.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

You may request a withdrawal of your Confirmed Cashback balance provided that your Account is active and in good standing, your Confirmed Cashback balance meets the applicable minimum threshold, you have provided valid and complete payment details, and where required, your KYC verification has been completed.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Thresholds

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Minimum withdrawal of ₹10
• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): Minimum withdrawal of ₹150

5.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe prescribed by VerifyDeals' payment processing partners. VerifyDeals is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or other third-party financial service providers.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

VerifyDeals may, at its discretion, set daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits per Account. VerifyDeals reserves the right to manually review, delay, investigate, or request additional verification for unusually large cashback balances or withdrawal requests before processing payment.

5.5 KYC Verification

VerifyDeals may require identity verification or KYC verification where additional verification is needed, a review is initiated, abuse of the Platform is suspected, regulatory compliance obligations arise, or account ownership is disputed.

5.6 Tax Obligations and TDS

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws in connection with Cashback earned and withdrawn. VerifyDeals may be required to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on Cashback payouts in accordance with applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961. PAN card details may be mandatory for withdrawals above applicable thresholds.

5.7 Incorrect Payment Details

You are solely responsible for providing accurate bank account or UPI details. Any loss, misdirected payment, or failure resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated payment details is your sole responsibility.

5.8 Cashback Balance Expiry

Confirmed Cashback balances in an active Account do not expire solely due to the passage of time. However, if your Account remains inactive (no login and no transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, VerifyDeals reserves the right to classify your Account as dormant and restrict access to withdrawals until the Account is reactivated.

5.9 Account Closure and Balance

If you close your Account, or if VerifyDeals terminates your Account, all Pending Cashback will be forfeited immediately. Confirmed Cashback not yet withdrawn may be paid out, withheld, or forfeited depending on the reason for Account closure, fraud findings, and applicable law.

5.10 Negative Cashback Balance

Where Cashback is subsequently reversed due to a return, cancellation, refund, or fraud finding, VerifyDeals may create a negative cashback balance on your Account. Any future Cashback earned will be applied first to offset such deficit.

5.11 Chargeback Recovery

VerifyDeals may recover, offset, deduct, or legally pursue any Cashback previously paid where subsequent reversals, fraud findings, chargebacks, or affiliate network adjustments occur after payment has been made.

5.12 Fraud Investigation Hold

VerifyDeals may place cashback balances, referral rewards, bonuses, and withdrawal requests on hold for up to 180 days while conducting fraud investigations, identity verification reviews, or compliance checks.

6. Referral Programme

6.1 Programme Overview

VerifyDeals operates a referral programme allowing registered Users to invite new members to join the Platform and earn rewards for qualifying referrals.

6.2 Referrer Rewards

As a registered User ("Referrer"), you will earn a referral reward equal to 10% (ten percent) of the Cashback earned by the new User you refer ("Referee") on their first Qualifying Transaction. This reward is a one-time payment and is not recurring.

6.3 Referee Eligibility Conditions

A referral reward will be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The Referee registers using your unique referral link
• The Referee is a new, first-time user who has not previously registered on the Platform
• The Referee completes a Qualifying Transaction within 30 days of creating their Account
• The Referee's Account and resulting transaction are validated and confirmed with no evidence of fraud or policy violation

6.4 No Sign-Up Bonus for Referee

VerifyDeals does not currently offer a joining bonus to new Users at registration. The Referee earns Cashback exclusively through their own qualifying purchases.

6.5 Referral Cap and Fair Use

There is no cap on the number of valid referrals a User may make. However, all referrals are subject to fraud screening and fair use assessment. VerifyDeals reserves the right to reject, reverse, or withhold referral rewards where there are reasonable grounds to believe that referral activity is artificial, manipulated, or conducted in bad faith.

6.6 Permitted Sharing and Prohibited Activities

Referral links may be shared organically via personal networks, social media profiles, messaging apps, or personal blogs. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Running paid advertisements using VerifyDeals' brand name, trademarks, or Retailer brand names
• Email spam or unsolicited mass messaging
• Publishing misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about the Platform or rewards
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referral signups or clicks
• Offering cash, gifts, or incentives to induce registration

6.7 Fraudulent Referrals

Self-referrals, artificial referrals, and any form of referral manipulation will result in immediate disqualification of all associated rewards, suspension of the relevant Accounts, and forfeiture of all Cashback.

7. Affiliate Relationships and Retailer Terms

7.1 Nature of Affiliate Relationships

VerifyDeals partners with Retailers directly or through Affiliate Networks such as vCommission, Admitad, and other approved partners. The Platform acts solely as an affiliate marketing intermediary and does not endorse any Retailer's products, services, or business practices.

7.2 Changes to Cashback Rates

Cashback rates displayed on the Platform are provided in good faith but are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The final rate applicable to your transaction is the rate confirmed by the Retailer or Affiliate Network at validation, which may differ from the rate displayed when you clicked the link.

7.3 Retailer Programme Suspension or Termination

A Retailer may pause, modify, or terminate their affiliate programme at any time. In such cases, no new Cashback will accrue for purchases made after the effective date; Pending Cashback for prior transactions may be delayed, reduced, or declined if the Retailer does not validate and pay the associated commission.

7.4 Third-Party Retailer Websites

Once you click a VerifyDeals link and land on a Retailer's website, you are subject to that Retailer's own terms and conditions and privacy policy. VerifyDeals has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, functionality, security, or practices of any Retailer's website.

8. Fraud Prevention, Prohibited Conduct, and Enforcement

8.1 Zero Tolerance for Fraud and Abuse

VerifyDeals adopts a zero-tolerance approach to any conduct intended to abuse, circumvent, or manipulate the Platform, its tracking systems, or its payment mechanisms.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Cashback, and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts
• Conducting or facilitating self-referrals or circular referral schemes
• Placing orders and returning goods for the purpose of earning and retaining Cashback
• Using bots, automated scripts, click-farms, or artificial means to generate clicks, transactions, or referrals
• Manipulating, tampering with, or circumventing affiliate tracking systems or cookies
• Submitting false or fabricated missing cashback claims
• Using stolen payment credentials, stolen identities, or fraudulent financial instruments
• Submitting false, forged, or manipulated KYC documents
• Exploiting technical errors in the Platform's cashback calculations
• Running unauthorised paid advertising campaigns using VerifyDeals' or Retailers' brand names

8.3 Detection and Investigation

VerifyDeals employs automated and manual systems to monitor for fraudulent activity, including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, transaction pattern analysis, referral behaviour monitoring, and cross-account analysis.

8.4 Consequences of Fraud

• Your Account will be suspended or permanently terminated
• All Pending and Confirmed Cashback will be forfeited without compensation
• VerifyDeals may reverse or recover any Cashback already withdrawn in connection with fraudulent activity
• Your email address, mobile number, IP address, device identifiers, and payment details may be permanently blacklisted
• VerifyDeals reserves the right to report fraudulent conduct to law enforcement authorities
• VerifyDeals reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal legal remedies to recover losses

8.5 Right of Appeal

If your Account has been suspended and you believe this is in error, submit an appeal to support@verifydeals.in with full details of your case. VerifyDeals will review your appeal in good faith, but all decisions following review are final and binding.

9. Data Collection, Privacy, and Cookies

VerifyDeals collects and processes personal data including identity data, contact data, financial data, transactional data, technical data, and cookie/tracking data. Cookies and tracking technologies are essential to the functioning of the Platform — without them, transactions cannot be attributed to your Account and Cashback cannot be credited. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies for affiliate transaction tracking, user authentication, fraud detection, and platform analytics.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership

All content on the Platform — including the VerifyDeals name, logo, brand identity, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, cashback rate data, and deal listings — is the intellectual property of VerifyDeals or its licensors.

10.2 Limited Licence to Users

VerifyDeals grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any portion of the Platform's content; scrape, harvest, or extract data using automated tools; or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform software.

10.3 Trademark Notice

'VerifyDeals' and associated logos are brand identifiers of VerifyDeals. You may not use these marks in any way that could imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by VerifyDeals without prior written consent.

11. Liability, Disclaimers, and Indemnification

11.1 No Guarantee of Cashback

VerifyDeals does not guarantee that Cashback will be credited for any particular transaction. Cashback is conditional on successful tracking, validation, and confirmation by the relevant Retailer or Affiliate Network. VerifyDeals has no control over Retailer or Affiliate Network systems and accepts no liability for tracking failures, validation disputes, or non-payment of commissions.

11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VERIFYDEALS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, VERIFYDEALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. VerifyDeals' total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total Confirmed Cashback balance standing to your credit in your Account at the time the claim arises.

11.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VerifyDeals, its proprietor, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms, any fraudulent activity conducted by you or through your Account, or your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

12. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to Clause 12.3, you agree that the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12.3 Dispute Resolution — Negotiation First

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations by writing to support@verifydeals.in. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of such notice, either party may seek appropriate legal relief.

12.4 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The language of proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Platform Operations and Amendments

13.1 Right to Modify the Platform

VerifyDeals reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any feature, functionality, or aspect of the Platform at any time, including the withdrawal of any Retailer, promotional offer, or cashback rate, without prior notice and without liability to you.

13.2 Amendments to These Terms

VerifyDeals reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, VerifyDeals will notify you by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Amended Terms will take effect no earlier than 7 days after notice is given. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and VerifyDeals with respect to your use of the Platform.

13.5 Account Ownership

Accounts are personal to the registered User and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, inherited, or assigned to any other person without VerifyDeals' prior written approval.

13.6 Consumer Rights Savings Clause

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Grievance Redressal

14.1 Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, VerifyDeals designates a Grievance Officer to address User complaints. All grievances may be addressed to:

All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

14.2 Consumer Complaints

If you are a consumer and your complaint has not been resolved through the above process, you may approach the relevant consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Force Majeure

VerifyDeals shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or Retailer or Affiliate Network failures.

15.2 Notices

All notices from VerifyDeals to you will be sent to your registered email address. All notices from you to VerifyDeals should be sent to support@verifydeals.in.

15.3 Children and Minors

The Platform is not directed at persons under the age of 18 years. VerifyDeals does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If VerifyDeals becomes aware that a User is under 18, the Account will be terminated and all data deleted in accordance with applicable law.

15.4 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
